The Wellbeing Workshops - wellbeing in your workplace

A bespoke event for employers in Doncaster

We invite you to attend a day of workshops aimed at providing the tools and knowledge you need to support a happy and healthy workforce. There will be several workshops throughout the morning, covering topics such as understanding mental health in the workplace, how to have difficult conversations about mental health at work, mindfulness, the importance of physical activity at work and chair based exercises.

Throughout the day there will also be opportunities to have a 1:1 with an industry specialist to talk about your organisational needs, and how to tailor support specific to those needs.
