Monthly Mile for Mental Health

Venue: Kirk Sandall Glass Park

Glass Park in Kirk Sandall are hosting a monthly get together on the first Monday each month.
The sessions are designed to support you to move at your pace, whether you want a steady walk or a run, you are sure to be welcomed and supported along the way.

Please note this route is on grass so may be muddy and not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
