Sports clubs & groups

Joining a club is a great way to be active, as well as a way to meet new people with similar interests. No matter what your fitness level, there is a sport or activity out there for you, catering for all levels and abilities.

You might like to join with a friend, so you can support and motivate each other to keep going - often people find that they make new friends through joining a sports club or group too.

"This (running) group has brought me back to life and I owe a huge thank you to the whole group. Without the support of the group I would have most definitely given up. I have realised that everyone gets out of breath whilst running, it's okay!"

Angela (Member of the couch to 5k running group in Conisbrough and Denaby)
