Langold Country Park (2.1 miles)
Meet at Langold Country Park car park off the A60 near the cafe.
Follow the tarmac path to the left and enter the wood following the path until emerging from the wood at the refreshment kiosk near Langold Lake. Follow the path around the lake with the lake on the right hand side. Having walked around the lake re-enter the wood along the path to the right of the refreshment kiosk and walk through the wood , emerging opposite the car park to return to the starting point near the cafe.
